Terms and Conditions — 33dgame Pakistan

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 33dgame platform — including the website at 33dgame.vip and the 33dgame mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 33dgame.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of 33dgame following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use 33dgame you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 33dgame does not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of 33dgame or any affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such a person.

By completing registration, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. 33dgame reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each person may hold only one account on 33dgame. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. 33dgame will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by you sharing your credentials or failing to take reasonable precautions to keep them secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 33dgame account.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account settings.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

33dgame reserves the right to verify your identity before activating your account or processing withdrawals. Verification may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in your account being restricted until verification is complete.

All deposits and transactions on 33dgame are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and compatible mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your 33dgame account balance immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, contact 33dgame support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be resolved as quickly as possible.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds into your account from a third party for the purpose of gaming, is not permitted.

33dgame does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside 33dgame's control and are your responsibility to check before depositing.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. 33dgame aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within five minutes. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and the volume of requests being processed at the time.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the applicable identity verification steps. Accounts that have not submitted or passed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of verification.

• Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• VIP members at higher tiers benefit from increased withdrawal limits and priority processing.
• Bonus funds must complete wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• 33dgame reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawal requests.

33dgame offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP-tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time the promotion is offered or on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply to all 33dgame promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount).
• Game contribution rates vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Check individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is typically PKR 500 per spin or round unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding the maximum during a bonus period may result in the bonus being voided.
• Expiry periods apply to all bonuses. An unmet wagering requirement that expires will result in the bonus and any winnings from it being removed from your account.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address and payment method.
• 33dgame reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time and to disqualify players from promotions where abuse is suspected.

All games available on 33dgame — including slots, live casino, crash games and table games — are provided by third-party game studios and operate on independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The outcome of every game round is determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 33dgame or by any player.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session. Short-term results can and will deviate significantly from the stated RTP.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be declared void and your stake returned to your account balance.
• If a game displays an incorrect RTP, payout or rule due to a technical error, any wins generated under those incorrect conditions may be voided.
• Disconnection during a live game round does not automatically void the round. The game will continue and the outcome will be recorded. Contact support if you believe a disconnection has resulted in an incorrect outcome.
• 33dgame reserves the right to void any game result where there is evidence of technical malfunction, manipulation or cheating.

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the specific market permits cash-out.

• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement period, or if the market is suspended due to a technical issue. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance.
• Obvious pricing errors: If odds are displayed at a level that is clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, 33dgame reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted. Bets placed just before a key event (wicket, goal, etc.) may be voided if the bet was placed after the event occurred but before the market registered it.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single bet payout applies. The current limit is displayed in the sportsbook. Bets that would return more than the maximum payout will have the stake adjusted accordingly, or the bet may be declined.

The 33dgame VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Crown. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering volume over rolling calendar months. VIP points are earned automatically on every eligible bet placed on the platform.

VIP cashback is calculated as a percentage of total wager volume over the qualifying period and is paid in PKR directly to your account balance. Cashback paid through the VIP programme is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 1x before withdrawal unless otherwise stated in the specific VIP tier terms.

• VIP tier status is reviewed monthly. Failure to meet the minimum wagering threshold for your current tier during a review period may result in tier reduction.
• VIP benefits — including higher withdrawal limits and priority processing — apply during the period in which you hold the relevant tier status.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33dgame. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus structures through multiple accounts, coordinated play or other means not consistent with genuine recreational use.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using 33dgame for any transaction intended to conceal the origin or nature of funds.
• Underage access: Attempting to access the platform if you are under 18, or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or dispute with your payment provider for deposits that were received and used on the platform.

33dgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons may include — but are not limited to — suspected prohibited conduct, failure to complete identity verification, extended inactivity, or at the account holder's own request.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary closure — your available withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any pending verification is complete.

Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure. You will receive notice before any inactivity fee is applied. Any remaining balance will be preserved and returned upon request.

33dgame collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 33dgame.vip/privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

33dgame shall not be liable for any loss — direct, indirect or consequential — arising from:

• Technical failures, interruptions or errors beyond our reasonable control.

• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in information provided by third-party game or data providers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

33dgame reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account or through a notice displayed on the platform upon login.

Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of your withdrawable balance.
